Dorcas Davis is a co-founder of the March for Racial Justice, an antiracism and equity strategist, facilitator and social alchemist. The founder of Dorcas Davis Consulting - a diversity, equity, inclusion and antiracism-centered consulting firm - Dorcas supports leaders and organizations in implementing sustainable, progressive change. Dorcas’s expertise in facilitating dialogue related to issues of inclusion and equity has resulted in her working with people and organizations across the United States and around the globe including in Rwanda, United Arab Emirates, and Chile.
Dorcas co-founded the March for Racial Justice as a response to the racial inequity and injustice in the United States’ justice system. Dorcas collaborates on various racial justice initiatives nationwide. She has designed equity workshops and trainings that serve over 6000 participants annually at universities and across various industries. Her work across industries, cultures, and time is rooted in and guided by her ancestral lineage and spiritual practice. Dorcas is also a graduate of Bryn Mawr College (B.A.) and CUNY School of Professional Studies (M.A. in Applied Theater).
